Return & Final Sale Policy

Because our artwork is original, limited, fragile, and often one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Original paintings
  • Canvas prints
  • Paper prints
  • Framed artwork
  • Giclée prints
  • Limited release pieces
  • Special order or made-to-order items

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to size expectations, change of mind, color variation, framing preference, or customer measurement errors. Please review all product photos, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Original Artwork

All original artwork is final sale. Original pieces are especially vulnerable to damage once they leave the gallery, and we cannot accept returns on original paintings or one-of-a-kind works.

Prints and Reproductions

Prints and reproductions are also final sale unless there is a verified issue with the order, such as damage in transit or an incorrect item being shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the artwork
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
