Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

Thank you for supporting Tim Collom Gallery. Because many of our pieces are original, oversized, fragile, or one-of-a-kind, we take extra care when preparing artwork for pickup or shipment.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders and is often the preferred option for original artwork and larger pieces.

If you select local pickup at checkout, we will contact you with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation from us.

Shipping Options

Shipping is available for eligible items. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, type, packaging needs, and destination of the artwork.

Artwork may require special packaging, handling, or professional shipment depending on the size and medium. Larger originals, canvas pieces, framed works, and giclée prints may carry higher shipping costs due to the care required to protect the piece in transit.

Large or Oversized Artwork

Some larger pieces may require custom shipping arrangements. In these cases, we may contact you after checkout to confirm shipping details, packaging requirements, timing, or any additional shipping cost before the order is fulfilled.

We do not mark up shipping as a profit center, but we do need to cover the actual cost of packaging, handling, and carrier charges.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timelines vary based on the item purchased, packaging requirements, and destination. Some pieces may ship quickly, while larger or custom-packed artwork may require additional preparation time.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away with photos of the packaging and artwork so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
