All artwork sales are final, including originals, prints, framed pieces, giclée prints, limited releases, and made-to-order items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the gallery within 3 days of delivery with photos, packaging photos, and your order number.
Arrival times vary depending on the artwork, packaging needs, and destination. Some pieces ship quickly, while larger originals, canvas pieces, framed works, and giclée prints may need extra preparation or custom shipping arrangements. Once your order ships, tracking will be provided when available.
Shipping is calculated based on the artwork’s size, type, packaging needs, and destination. Larger originals, canvas pieces, framed works, and giclée prints may cost more to ship because they require extra care and protection. We do not mark up shipping as a profit center — we simply cover the actual cost of packaging, handling, and carrier charges.
